Job Description: Your role is to ensure the flawless operation of our entire kitchen department, maintaining impeccable standards in all areas. Collaborating with the Executive Chef, you’ll oversee staff training and motivation to deliver top-tier service. With a commitment to excellence, you’ll craft daily culinary creations while maintaining cost controls, trend-setting menus, and upholding high standards. Accountable Duties: Collaborate with the Junior Sous Chef and, in the absence of the Executive Chef, plan rotas for optimal coverage and operational efficiency. Uphold a culture of quality, delivering exceptional food experiences across all areas. Elevate room service to unparalleled levels of quality and service. Ideal Candidates: Are you the culinary artist we’re seeking? Junior / Senior Chefs with a proven track record. Passionate about creativity and innovation, introducing new menus each night.
