Grahamstown: Lodge manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Manager to join our team in Grahamstown. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the lodge departments, fostering a positive and productive work environment, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all departments as required
• Foster successful teamwork and build strong rapport within the team
• Manage and lead various lodge departments effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service in Food and Beverage and other areas
• Maintain accurate records and reports using computer software such as Excel, Res-request, Sage POS, and Windows Office

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of Kwandwe wildlife conservation and sustainable practices
• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
