Job Summary

What you will do:

As a Welding Operator, you`ll utilize semi-automated welding equipment to create welds following precise welding procedures (WPS). Youll be responsible for setting up and operating the machines correctly, as well as performing routine maintenance to keep everything running smoothly. By taking care of the equipment, you ensure it operates at its best.

Your attention to detail is crucial when it comes to testing and verifying the welded steel structures, ensuring they meet strict standards and specifications. Youll document production data, maintain relevant records, and report on the status of operations.

In this role, safety is paramount. Youll follow all regulatory guidelines, remain vigilant for potential hazards, and take steps to mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Qualifications and

Requirements:

  • Basic VCA certification or willingness to obtain
  • Welding experience
  • Overhead cranes experience advantageous
