About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and disciplined Site Security Manager to oversee daily security operations, manage personnel, and ensure full compliance with statutory, client, and company requirements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining safety and security at assigned sites, ensuring integrity, leadership, and innovation in your work.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, deployment, and supervision of security personnel
Conduct site inspections, parades, and ensure compliance with post orders
Maintain incident, occurrence, and shift registers
Ensure compliance with PSIRA, OHS Act, Firearms Control Act, and company policies
Liaise with client representatives, SAPS, and relevant stakeholders

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications: PSIRA Registration: Grade A (mandatory)
Security Management / Risk Management / Policing qualification (advantageous)
Firearm Competency for Handgun and Shotgun (mandatory for armed sites)
Valid Driver’s Licence (Code 8 / B)
First Aid Level 1 and Firefighting Training (advantageous)
SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) awareness and compliance knowledge
Computer literacy: MS Word, Excel, and Email communication

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Security Management / Risk Management / Policing qualification (if applicable)
