About the Role

Dream Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly capable and dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team at Finfoot. As a vital component of our operations, this role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities that require a unique blend of administrative skills, attention to detail, and compassion for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative spa reservations
  • Function coordination
  • Orders
  • Stock control
  • Daily bookings check
  • Preparing and cleaning the spa treatments rooms, bathrooms, deck, and linen
  • Demonstrating ability to perform effectively under pressure and efficiently manage time
  • Displaying compassion and a caring demeanor, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our guests
  • Taking pride in achievements and maintaining a strong drive to excel in the role
  • Prioritizing exceptional customer service and possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Embracing a flexible attitude and being willing to assist and learn across various areas of the business, supporting the onsite team in daily tasks
  • Demonstrating ability to work independently, effectively prioritizing tasks, and collaborating within a multicultural team
  • Presenting a professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor
  • Exhibiting a willingness to go the extra mile, remaining focused on guest satisfaction rather than clock-watching
  • Providing treatments such as facials, massages, waxing, pedicures, manicures, and nails
  • Willingness to assist in other departments during quiet periods

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • A spa therapist qualification (beneficial)
  • 3-5 Years experience in a similar position with a solid track record in the hospitality industry
  • Qualifications for treatments
