About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced Spa Therapist for a luxury hotel and spa in the Constantia area. This role is ideal for a confident, professional therapist with strong treatment delivery skills, excellent guest care, and a proven ability to drive retail and treatment sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality spa treatments to luxury standards, including massage, body therapies, and skincare
- Conduct professional consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products
- Provide warm, attentive guest service and ensure memorable spa experiences
- Promote and sell retail products and treatments to maximise commission earnings
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities to the highest hygiene standards
- Manage bookings, guest records, and basic spa administration as required
- Handle guest feedback professionally and support service recovery when needed
Requirements
- Recognised Spa or Beauty Therapy qualification essential
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel or luxury spa environment
- Strong treatment skills with confidence in retail and upselling
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused
- Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends
