About the Role
Our client is seeking a short-term administrator for their team in Port Elizabeth, South Africa. The ideal candidate will have relevant industry experience and be able to manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Policy maintenance
- Renewals
- Claims administration
- New business processing
- Liaising with clients and insurers
- Ensuring compliance and accuracy of records
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
- RE5 – Non-negotiable
- Relevant industry qualification
- Proven ability to manage time in a high-pressure environment
- Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
- Excellent client & insurer communication skills
- Fully computer literate
