Requirements Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role (hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen). Strong knowledge of HACCP, hygiene, and sanitation. Experience managing stewarding and cleaning teams. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Good English communication skills. Responsibilities Oversee stewarding operations, dishwashing, and cleaning routines. Implement and monitor hygiene and sanitation standards. Manage cleaning schedules, inventories, and chemical usage.
