About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Stock Controller & Admin to join our boutique hospitality property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels across all areas of the business, including restaurant, bar, kitchen, housekeeping, and operational supplies.

Key Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for all stock across the restaurant, bar, kitchen, housekeeping, and operational supplies
Ensure accurate receiving, issuing, transfers, and recording of stock
Maintain real-time accurate stock records
Prevent stock loss, theft, wastage, and misuse
Enforce FIFO principles and correct storage procedures
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
Reconcile physical stock with system stock

Requirements

Proven experience as a Stock Controller in hospitality, restaurant, or lodge environments
3 years experience in stock control
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Experience using POS, Lightspeed, HOPS, or similar inventory systems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
Relevant certifications or diplomas (if applicable)

Salary & Benefits
