Job Title: Subcontracts Specialist – Quantity Surveyor

Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in managing subcontracts and procurement.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).

Beneficial requirements:

• Ability to manage budgets and cost controls.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage subcontractor agreements and ensure compliance.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and resolve disputes.
• Prepare and review contracts and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor and control costs within the subcontracted scope.
