Key Responsibilities: Provide swimming lessons for individuals and groups, catering to all ages and skill levels. Develop personalized training programs to improve swimming techniques and overall fitness. Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Monitor and assess progress, providing feedback and encouragement. Qualifications: Certified Swimming Coach with relevant qualifications. Previous experience in coaching at a fitness complex or similar environment. Excellent communication and motivational skills. Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices.
