Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles.
- Location Requirement: Candidates should either be South African residents currently living in the Netherlands or South Africans willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
- Fluency in Afrikaans (both written and spoken).
Beneficial requirements:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with procurement software and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Procure materials and services according to project needs and specifications.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
- Monitor inventory levels and track procurement orders.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain up-to-date supplier and product databases.
