About the Role

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Technical Support Technician to be based in Elandsfontein, Gauteng. The successful candidate will provide technical support for electrical systems and ensure reliable operations with minimal disruptions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure reliable, efficient, and technically sound operations with minimal disruptions and high equipment uptime.
  • Achieve seamless maintenance execution, extend asset life, and prevent downtime through forward planned and structured maintenance activities.
  • Maintain strong internal and external service reputation by resolving customer issues quickly, professionally, and within agreed timelines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in Fault finding, System Integration and Solar Installations.
  • A wireman’s License is non-negotiable.
  • Knowledge of relevant Production-, Engineering-, Sales and Marketing Processes and Practices.
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office Suite; SAP, ERP-Systems and job-specific software systems).

Qualifications

  • 3 Phase Installation Electrical / Electrical Engineering Diploma qualifications.
