Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Pitch products and initiate sales with potential customers over the phone Listen to the customers needs and inform them of relevant products Informing existing customers of new products Create lasting relationships with customers and use them to generate repeat sales Enter and update customer information in the database Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Any other adhoc duties Personal Specification: Previous experience in FMCG telesales positions Excellent English & Afrikaans verbal and written communication skills Creative thinking skills Strong sales skills Working knowledge of relevant computer software (Pastell & Microsoft) Strong problem-solving skills Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
