Couple Opportunity: Lead Trails Field Guide & Front of House Manager – Luxury Safari Lodge, Greater Kruger Salary: R25,500 combined (DOE, CTC), plus benefits Location: Exclusive 5★ Safari Lodge, Private Big 5 Game Reserve, Greater Kruger, Limpopo Accommodation: Live-in (with meals on duty provided) Start Date: 1 December 2025 Employment Equity: EE candidates only Position Overview A prestigious 5★ safari lodge in the Thornybush Game Reserve is seeking a dedicated Couple to fill the roles of: Lead Trails Field Guide (senior guiding capacity) Front of House Manager (guest-facing leadership) This is a unique opportunity for two professionals to work together in a luxury lodge environment, delivering world-class guest experiences and maintaining the high operational standards expected of a top-tier Big 5 lodge. Position 1: Front of House Manager Key Requirements: 3–5 years’ FOH experience in a luxury safari lodge Hospitality-related qualification (advantageous) Strong guest relations and service delivery focus Excellent communication and organisational skills Valid driver’s license Position 2: Lead Trails Field Guide Key Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years’ guiding experience in a 5★ Big 5 lodge environment FGASA NQF4 with Lead Trails qualification Valid ARH and First Aid Valid PDP, NDT registration, SAPS competency Clear criminal record and all legal requirements in place Package & Benefits FOH: R10,500 CTC per month (DOE) Field Guide: R15,000 CTC per month (DOE) 7.5% company contribution to provident fund 50% company contribution to medical aid (for both) Meals on duty Uniforms provided Live-in accommodation (private staff housing) Work cycle: 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off TO APPLY: Send your CVs, contactable references, and recent head & shoulders photographs as a couple.
