⭐ NEW Guiding Vacancy – Madikwe Lead Trails Guide – Luxury Safari Lodge (Madikwe) ➡️ Live-in Role | Salary: R11,000 Negotiable DOE | Full board and lodging Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Lead Trails Guide for a luxury safari lodge in the Madikwe Game Reserve. This is a hands-on guiding role suited to a confident, guest-focused professional with strong bush knowledge, excellent hosting skills, and a high standard of operational discipline. Key Responsibilities • Conduct guided walks (trails) in accordance with safety standards and reserve regulations • Conduct guided game drives for lodge guests • Host guests and assist with delivering a warm, personalised safari experience • Ensure guiding vehicle care, cleanliness, and daily checks • Basic vehicle maintenance and reporting of any mechanical concerns • General lodge maintenance assistance when required Requirements • FGASA Lead Trails qualification essential • FGASA NQF2 (min.) and NDT registration (or relevant guiding compliance) • Valid Driver’s Licence and PrDP • Valid First Aid certificate • Proven experience in a lodge guiding environment • Strong communication skills, guest engagement, and confident hosting ability • High professionalism, reliability, and strong team spirit Package • Salary: R11,000 (negotiable depending on experience) • Live-in accommodation and full board provided • Full provident fund covered by the company • 12 bed nights annually To Apply Please submit your CV, copies of valid qualifications and certificates, contactable references, and a recent head and shoulders photograph ASAP.
