Job Description

**Fully remote role work from home from anywhere in South Africa. Well-established; leading Tour Operator is seeking an experienced Travel Product Manager with a focus on Southern Africa (South Africa, Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Eswatini, etc.) and East Africa (Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, etc.). You will play a key role in developing, managing, and enhancing tour products to ensure they remain competitive, innovative, and aligned with market demand. R50-R60K with attractive commission structure Min 5 years experience in the travel/tourism industry, ideally in product development, contracting, or operations. Proven track record in the industry with strong existing networks in Southern and/or East Africa (essential). In-depth destination knowledge of Southern and East Africa you must have travelled extensively in these regions. Passionate about travel, wildlife, culture, and creating exceptional guest experiences. Strong negotiation, analytical, and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential). Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
