About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to take ownership of end-to-end user experience across key platform modules. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys untangling complex enterprise workflows and turning them into elegant, intuitive interfaces that users actually enjoy using.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end UX for core platform modules, from discovery and research through to final delivery
- Translate complex enterprise workflows-such as payment approvals, FX handling, and bulk operations-into clear, usable experiences
- Design directly in Figma, maintaining and extending our established component library
- Collaborate closely with engineers using our Figma-to-code workflow, ensuring high-quality handoff and implementation
- Conduct user research and validation to inform and test design decisions
- Contribute to our visual design direction, including dashboards, data visualisation, and overall product consistency
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience in UX or Product Design, ideally on enterprise or B2B platforms
- Proven experience designing complex, multi-step workflows (approvals, bulk actions, operational tools)
- A strong track record of working within and contributing to design systems
- Background in fintech, payments, or financial software is highly desirable
- Expert-level Figma skills, including enterprise-scale file structures, design systems, and component management
- Experience working with design tokens and structured handoff workflows to development teams
- Solid understanding of accessibility standards, including WCAG and ARIA

Salary & Benefits
The cost-to-company salary for this position is R900K per annum, negotiable on experience and ability.
