Job Description
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Trade tested diesel mechanic or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of mechanical experience on a large-scale commercial operation
- Thorough knowledge of Agricultural mechanics
- AGCO experience & running a fleet of Massey Furguson tractors, tracked Challengers and Challenger combine harvesters
- Experience with Massey Furguson Farming Equipment advantageous
- Proven ability to maintain a vehicle fleet and farm equipment
- Computer Literate
- Must be honest, reliable and hardworking
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to motivate a team
- Valid Driver’s license
- Valid passport
