Job Summary
Coordinator will be responsible for the following:Maintain accurate, up-to-date membership databases, ensuring all information is correctly entered, tracked, & reported.Assist in responding to member inquiries, updating membership statuses, & providing relevant information to support member needs.Prepare regular reports on membership statistics, trends, & retention rates. Analyze data to identify patterns and make recommendations for improvements.Manage the flow of information between departments, ensuring the Membership Department stays connected with other key areas of the organisation.Coordinate communication with members regarding updates, renewals, & general inquiries, ensuring a high standard of customer service.Identify & implement improvements to current information systems, processes, & procedures within the department.Archiving of membership & related dataRequired Qualifications: Minimum of NQF 6 in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:3-4 years of experience in data management & administration.Experience working with membership management systems, databases or CRM software is an advantage.Skills:Strong proficiency in data management & database systems.Excellent attention to detail, high degree of accuracy.Ability to generate reports & provide analytical insights.Strong organizational & multitasking skills, prioritize tasks effectivelyProficient in Microsoft Office Suite
