Job Summary
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration/Logistics
- Proven Inventory Control/Management experience
- Strong supply chain understanding
- Experience with inventory audits
- Proficient in data analysis and forecasting
- Knowledge of inventory management software
- Accurate inventory tracking and reporting experience
- Finance Experience
- Reconciliation experience
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Implement and optimize inventory control procedures
- Track and report inventory levels, deliveries, and shortages
- Conduct regular physical inventory audits
- Manage inventory orders, shipping, and receiving
- Coordinate inventory storage and distribution
- Oversee all stock receipts and dispatches
- Generate detailed inventory reports
- Collaborate with teams to achieve business objectives
