About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team in Soweto. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering the submissions of the Sales Division, preparing for weekly Sales meetings, and submitting weekly and monthly reports to the line manager. They will also provide support to clients by handling amendments, cancellations, claims, and general queries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the submissions of the Sales Division
  • Prepare for weekly Sales meetings
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the line manager
  • Assist with clients where necessary

Requirements

  • Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute (will be tested)
  • Matric 1 to 2 years proven work experience in Insurance Admin office work and customer service experience
  • RE5 (desirable)
