About the Role
The Sales Coordinator role at Isando is a vital part of ensuring efficient sales administration and support, driving accurate invoicing, smooth order processing, timely delivery of trucks, and excellent service to dealers.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing: Ensure all information on invoicing instructions are correct prior to manager’s signature.
- Dealer Service: Provide the best quality and professional service to dealers.
- Stock Management: Check and ensure that correct price and correct stock is released into the system.
- Collaboration with Finance: Support invoicing, credit notes, and reconciliations by working closely with finance department.
- Logistics Coordination: Ensure on-time delivery of trucks by coordinating with logistics team.
- Payment Tracking: Ensure timely payments in line with credit terms.
- Reporting and Feedback: Provide accurate and constant feedback to management and compile and distribute daily sales reports.
- Stock Quantity Management: Check stock quantity and update stock status daily.
- Administrative Support: Assist stock & Delivery department with admin and ad hoc duties.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales Management
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales support, order processing, or administrative coordination
- Experience within the automotive industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (data manipulation and reporting)
- Code 10 licence
