BCom Acc/Fin Mngt/Mngt; Articles Fin.Acc; IFRS;Excel Adv. 5 Yrs Fin Mngt/exp in Ops Mngt in food/ FMCG factory. Exp mngt systems/personal organisation/bus admin/analytical/problem-solving/ communication/mngt subordinates/motivational/leadership skills. Be productive/ efficient/ innovative/work within timescales/pressure/maint attention to detail/quality/improve/adapt. Responsible for Fin/Ops Mngt/Cntl Systems/Corporate Governance/annual budget/mngt thereof/stock mngt/balancing/risk analysis/mngt reporting. Support GM/oversee/CI bus./fin. activities/ functions/ budgets/sustainability/strategic plans/share bus. goals. Hire/train/motivate/dev./staff productivity. Mngt/CI ops costs/efficiency/customer service/sales opportunities/revenue/admin. SOPS.Maint. relationships stakeholders/vendors/generate new bus/meet bus. objectives. Drive/CI financial/ops value chain/reporting/system driven/accurate/on-time/reporting on ops value drivers /budget/target tracking. Support Mngt Team in prioritising/take remedial actions through RCA/CAPA. Ensure client needs are met/ monitor ops value chain/implement cost effective/productive CI/remedial actions. Drive innovation/CI/ removal of root causes of inefficiencies. Optimise useful life of fixed assets. Drive long term/sustainable CI in energy/electricity/water/fuel efficiency/reliability.
