Job Summary

Requirements: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or PA or relevant administrative role. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Sage Pastel. Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage. High school diploma with some post Matric courses or qualifications will be a requirement. Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to: Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support bookkeeping and banking procedures. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data. Submit timely reports, letters, newsletters, and communications as assigned. Assist colleagues whenever necessary. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
