Job Summary
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or PA or relevant administrative role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Sage Pastel.
- Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage.
- High school diploma with some post Matric courses or qualifications will be a requirement.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Support bookkeeping and banking procedures.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Submit timely reports, letters, newsletters, and communications as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
