Stanger: Senior Engineer – Pulp & Paper / Utilities

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain plant utilities, systems, and services. Implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime. Support production teams to ensure efficient operations and optimal asset performance. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on equipment failures and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital and maintenance projects. Minimum Requirements: BSc Engineering or BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency (GCC Factories) preferred. Minimum of 5 years experience in a heavy industry or manufacturing environment. Experience in boiler operations, utilities, or similar industrial plant engineering is advantageous.
