About the Role
Hire Resolve is urgently seeking a Financial Manager to join their client in the Telecommunications industry in Umhlanga, KZN for a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will lead and oversee the Finance Department’s operations, ensuring timely and accurate submission of VAT and other month-end statutory returns to SARS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Finance Department’s operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of VAT and other month-end statutory returns to SARS.
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts.
- Direct and support the finance team in executing month-end procedures and addressing various ad-hoc financial requirements.
Requirements
- Proficient in Pastel or Sage accounting software.
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks and adhering to deadlines.
- Exhibits excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
