Hire Resolve’s client, a leading mining company, is currently seeking a skilled Section Engineer to join their team based in Limpopo.

Requirements

– Grade 12

– Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

– Government Certificate of Competency (GCC) in Mines and Works

– Minimum 8 years’ experience as an Engineer post GCC.

– Extensive experience in Underground and Plant operations.

– Valid Drivers’ License

Duties and Responsibilities:

– Manage engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring safe and efficient operations

– Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures

– Optimize and streamline mining processes to improve productivity

– Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with regulations

– Provide technical support to on-site personnel

– Analyze data to identify trends and propose improvements
