Job Summary
Requirements:
– Grade 12 and certification from the Cape Wine Academy or WSET Level 1. – Ideally, 1-2 years of experience as a wine tutor. – Extensive knowledge of wines, including grape varieties, regions, harvest times, climates, soils, and winemaking processes, with the ability to communicate this to guests. – Passionate about wine and the hospitality industry. – Strong product knowledge. – Strong customer service orientation. – Well-presented, enthusiastic, flexible, and accountable.
