Responsibilities:

Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing, maintenance, and repairs Interact with customers via phone, email, or in-person to understand service needs and provide information on service options and pricing Coordinate with the service department to ensure appointments are properly managed and parts are available Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs Confirm appointments and send reminders to reduce no-shows Maintain accurate customer and service records Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and timely follow-ups Assist with administrative tasks and collaborate with the dealership team Skills &

Requirements:
