Job Description

About the Role

She recruit is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records. With Xero Accounting experience essential, we are looking for a skilled professional with a proven track record in bookkeeping, particularly in a tech or SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

Full bookkeeping to trial balance
Bank reconciliations
Month-end processing and reporting
Supplier management and follow-ups
Customer invoicing and accounts administration
Supporting the finance team with ad-hoc tasks

Requirements

Experience on Xero Accounting is essential
Proven track record as a Bookkeeper (preferably in a tech or SME environment)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good communication and organisational skills
Payroll experience advantageous
