The Junior Building Manager is responsible for the management and maintenance of the hospitality facilities, including: facility operations, maintenance, contract management, health & safety compliance as well as asset control. We require: Local citizens Degree or diploma in Facilities Management or Property Management Min 3yrs experience within a hospitality or accommodation environment Computer literate Facilities and operations management experience OHS Knowledge Procurement and stock control PMS System Excellent communication skills
