Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end export documentation processes
• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI) to shipping lines
• Process export documentation including SAD500, Phyto, COO, cargo dues, mates receipts, and packing lists
• Retrieve, check, and approve draft and final export documents
• Ensure timeous submission and release of documentation in line with shipping schedules
• Maintain compliance with PPECB, DALRRD, Ecert, Titan, and shipping line requirements
• Ensure all client mandate letters and APE registrations are in place and correctly stored
• Maintain accurate records on export documentation systems and internal networks
• Minimise additional or extraordinary costs and support accurate cost recovery
• Liaise with internal departments, service providers, and external stakeholders

Minimum Requirements

• Matric Certificate
• Diploma or Degree in Clearing & Forwarding or relevant industry experience
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in export documentation / forwarding
• Solid understanding of export protocols and documentation requirements
• Experience working with export documentation systems (QX, Shipshape, Ecert or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
