About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Stellenbosch. As a key member of our construction management department, you will be responsible for developing accurate, compliant, and competitive tenders for greenfield and brownfield building projects. You will also be required to translate building project documentation, understand the requirements of each project, and effectively use various scheduling, estimation, and reporting software tools.

Requirements
- Completed tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
- 2-5 years’ experience in developing accurate, compliant and competitive tenders for greenfield and brownfield Building projects
- Certification in CCS is essential (an assessment will be conducted)
- Proven experience in using various scheduling, estimation and reporting software tools

- Completed tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying
