Food & Beverage Manager Luxury Wine Estate Our client, a prestigious luxury wine estate, is seeking an experienced and strategic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and elevate its full F&B offering across restaurants, bars, banqueting, and events. This is a senior leadership role for a hands-on professional who is passionate about excellence, consistency, and guest experience. The Role The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall performance, standards, and profitability of all food and beverage outlets on the estate. You will lead managers and teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest interaction reflects the estate’s premium positioning.
