About the Role
We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to head our Residential Developments division, driving growth, innovation, and excellence across residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage financial performance, funding, tax planning, and business opportunities.
- Lead development projects through the full lifecycle, including feasibility studies, due diligence, planning approvals, service provider selection, cost control, and timeline adherence.
- Collaborate with the financial team to secure funding, build strong relationships with financial institutions, and maintain accurate weekly cashflow forecasts.
- Develop and monitor marketing strategies to optimise sales volume and pace across projects.
- Ensure the division is appropriately resourced, oversee HR matters, and maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates to the Board on financial performance, project status, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential property development, including project and financial management.
- Strong knowledge of the property market, legislation, and approvals processes.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
