Job Summary

Job title: Forex Support Member

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a Forex Support Member who can professionally liaise with clients, ensuring they have a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Head of Onboarding and the Dealing Desk, making strong communication skills essential. They should be eager to learn and dedicated to helping create a department that runs systematically and efficiently. With a friendly and approachable demeanor, they will guide clients seamlessly from Point A to Point B, playing a crucial role in maintaining our clients high standards of service.

Responsibilities and

Duties:

• Client Interaction: Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries, providing solutions and support throughout their engagement with our client.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding of new clients, ensuring they understand and are comfortable with our clients services.
• Post-Account Opening Support: Ensure clients are fully prepared to begin trading once their account is open, including securing Approval for International Transfers.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to fulfill client requirements effectively and efficiently.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the database.
• Document Handling: Prepare and send necessary documents to banks on behalf of clients, ensuring precision and adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
• Customer Engagement: Manage client inquiries, schedule meetings and sales appointments, and follow up on their progress in the sales process.
• Account Management: Oversee customer accounts, including administrative follow-up on allowances, tax clearances, and SARB applications.
• Data Management: Perform data entry for sales metrics and other relevant information, ensuring the CRM system remains organized and up-to-date.

  Carry out any other reasonable tasks as required to support the team and company objectives.

Salary:

R10 000 CTC per month (Basic R8 000 + Provident fund and risk benefits)

Location: Stellenbosch based office.

Start Date: As soon as possible.
