About the Role
Pay@, a leading payment aggregator and provider of secure payment solutions, is seeking a customer-centric Head of Product to join its dynamic team. This role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader with strong analytical capability, executive-level stakeholder management skills, and a deep commitment to delivering world-class customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall product vision and long-term strategy.
- Govern product prioritisation and investment decisions through a data-driven roadmap.
- Ensure strong alignment between customer needs, commercial outcomes, and technology delivery.
- Oversee product pricing, performance, and profitability in collaboration with finance.
- Ensure regulatory and industry compliance across the product portfolio.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across technology, commercial, risk, and customer teams.
- Guide go-to-market strategy and adoption.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and outcomes effectively to executive leadership, the broader organisation and external stakeholders including billers (merchants), payment networks and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business/Marketing, or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a Banking, Payments or Fintech environment.
- Demonstrable experience in managing data-intensive products, such as dashboards, analytics tools, or reporting platforms.
- Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including shopping carts, online payment gateways, and fraud prevention.
- Proven ability to work effectively with agile development teams.
