Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure, exceeding expectations at every touch-point.Welcome and introduce guests in a warm, professional manner.Efficiently process check-in and check-out procedures.Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth guest transitions.Assist guests with bookings, tours, transfers, and personalized itineraries.Verify accuracy of guest information, profiles, and rates.Act as a liaison between guests and internal departments to meet their needs.Maintain and update guest profiles and key documents (e.g., day sheets, call logs, itineraries).Report maintenance concerns and assist with guest communications.Coordinate and track guest transfers, ensuring bookings and charges are accurate.Support Spa, Housekeeping, and Restaurant teams when necessary.Participate in monthly night audits, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality.23 years of experience in a similar role.Strong administrative skills and excellent computer literacy.email CV to RT Projects
