Requirements:
Minimum 3 years` experience in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL, IT systems monitoring, and MS Office (especially Excel). Experience in customer support within a tech/IT environment. Background in Financial Services or Payments Industry (understanding reconciliation & settlement processes is beneficial). Key Performance Areas: Support and stage monitoring of Biller integrations. Ad hoc SQL report generation. Transaction irregularity monitoring across the value chain. Technical client consultations and support post-integration. Troubleshooting, log investigations, and live environment testing. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve integration issues. Apply now
