Job Summary
Requirements:
– Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality. – A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. – Strong computer skills and excellent administrative abilities. – Passion for the hospitality industry. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in English (in person and via phone). – Strong customer service orientation and excellent people skills. – Ability to maintain professional relationships across all departments, cultures, and religions. – Comfort in interacting with distinguished clientele. – Well-presented with a friendly, helpful, and outgoing demeanor. – Natural warmth, punctuality, self-discipline, and attention to detail. – Reliable transportation to and from work.
