Stellenbosch: Operations Supervisor & Crane Truck Driver (Code 14 & PDP)

What youll do: Operate a Code 14 truck with mounted crane to transport and plant large containerized trees. Lead and supervise a crew on-site, ensuring safe and professional installations. Liaise with clients and represent the company with integrity. Oversee rigging equipment, vehicle care, and site safety. Requirements: Valid Code 14 (EC) license PDP . Certified crane operator (heavy-load experience essential). 3 years experience in load transport or tree/plant installations. Proven supervisory skills and ability to manage a crew. Strong communication skills in English and confidence in client-facing situations. Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and smartphone photo apps for daily reporting.
