Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute high-quality desserts, pastries, and plated sweets

• Develop seasonal dessert menus and contribute to overall menu innovation

• Oversee daily preparation and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

• Maintain accurate stock levels, manage ingredient rotation, and assist with cost control

• Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards

• Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service

• Train, mentor, and supervise junior pastry staff where required

Requirements

• 35 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine-dining or luxury environment

• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, chocolate work, and plated desserts

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Creativity and innovation while maintaining consistency and brand standards

• A positive, collaborative approach and passion for delivering culinary excellence
