Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Property Analyst to join their team in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating new property acquisitions and developments, conducting financial feasibility studies, and supporting the team with market intelligence, due diligence, and sales reporting. This role requires a strong analytical thinker with excellent Excel skills, financial insight, and a keen understanding of the property development landscape. Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and evaluate new property and development opportunities. Conduct financial feasibility studies, including income projections and ROI analyses. Perform market research to assess demand, competition, and pricing trends. Prepare due diligence and investment reports with clear insights and recommendations. Support the development team with project budgeting, cost tracking, and financial modeling. Assist with sales and marketing data analysis for new developments. Compile and update weekly acquisition, feasibility, and sales performance reports. Maintain organized records of all ongoing and potential projects. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) a tertiary qualification in Property Studies, Finance, Economics, or related field will be advantageous. Minimum 3 years experience in property analysis, real estate development, or financial feasibility. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modeling and data analysis essential). Experience with market research tools and property valuation principles. Valid drivers license and own reliable transport. Must reside in or near Stellenbosch.
