About the Role

Join our team as a Receptionist & Front Office Administrator in Stellenbosch, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front office operations, and maintaining a professional company image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Manage meeting room bookings and general reception area
  • Handle courier deliveries and collections
  • Maintain accurate records for stationery, kitchen supplies, and assets
  • Manage ordering, stock counts, and supplier quotes
  • Assist with archiving and documentation
  • Support IT and asset audits
  • Manage petty cash tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate fleet cards, trackers, and insurance records
  • Process vehicle transfer paperwork
  • Manage Uber and accommodation bookings
  • Track vehicle fines and reports

Requirements

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • 23 years experience in a receptionist or office admin role
  • Computer literate (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organisational and record-keeping skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
