Job Summary
EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Permanent
SECTOR : Sales
BASIC SALARY : To be discussed
START DATE : A.S.A.P / Immediate
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- Industry-relevant qualification (advantageous)
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Pastel accounting software
- Must have a valid driver’s license (non-negotiable)
DUTIES:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to the preparation of sales quotations.
- Demonstrate a strong technical aptitude and understanding of products and processes.
- Interpret and work from architectural drawings.
- Maintain excellent customer relations and communication throughout the sales process.
- Manage the workflow from initial quotation through to final manufacture.
- Prepare and send artwork to clients for approval prior to production.
- Compile and maintain accurate sales reports.
- Monitor and order office consumables as needed.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Pastel accounting software.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and support brand promotion efforts.
HOURS:
- Monday to Thursday: 07:45 – 16:30
- Friday: 07:45 – 14:30
