Role Overview:We are seeking a motivated, ethical, and client-focused Consultant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with loan applications, conducting affordability assessments, and delivering exceptional service while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.Requirements:Grade 12 (Matric) or higher qualification.Previous experience in micro-lending, sales, or financial services is advantageous.Strong understanding of affordability assessments and basic credit principles.Proficiency in using computers and mobile-based loan software.Excellent communication skills.Honest, disciplined, and capable of working under pressure.Key Responsibilities:Assist referred clients with loan applications and documentation.Conduct accurate affordability checks using Compuscan and internal systems.Capture and verify client information (e.g., bank statements, payslips, ID copies).Ensure compliance with NCR regulations and internal credit policies.Maintain in-depth knowledge of loan products and explain them clearly to clients.Follow up with existing and new clients to grow the loan book.Collaborate with agents and agent managers to achieve monthly targets.Ensure accurate filing and secure handling of client documents.
