Responsibilities:
Stock System Management: Manage daily stock movements and sales consignments using the BEX system Ensure accurate stock alignment between physical counts, BEX, and theoretical order sheets Verify incoming stock (location, brand, specification) and manage Packhouse API transfers Confirm accuracy of bulk repacks and record daily fruit waste Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes, reporting and reconciling variances Provide timely communication to stakeholders on stock variances and changes Train stagers on consignments, repacks, stock transfers, and batch validation Operations & Administration: Coordinate daily communication with packhouses and stagers regarding deliveries and stock timing Report daily stock variances and losses, including projected overages/shortages and quality rejections Maintain operational records (delivery notes, traceability sheets) Collaborate with IT to optimize stock reports and review management practices Assist in updating theoretical order sheets and identifying order obstacles Manage equipment inventory and participate in year-end stock counts Assist with packaging material management as needed Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication between packhouses, stagers, commercial, and QC teams regarding delivery changes Resolve stock variances and maintain daily communication with stagers for stock accuracy Build relationships with stager personnel and collaborate with Finance on stock variance resolution Partner with the Commercial Coordinator and Operations Controller for stock reconciliations Support the Operations Manager with projects to enhance operations and customer service PLEASE NOTE : Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
