We are looking for an Asian Sushi Chef to work alongside the Head Chef to manage food stock and handle a wide range of ingredients, with attention to detail to fulfill quality standards.To be successful in this role, you should have experience with Japanese cuisine. Ultimately, you will help us establish our reputation as one of the best Japanese restaurants in the area.REQUIREMENTS:Matric, Culinary Diploma preferredPreferably +/- 4 years previous experience in a senior chef roleWork experience as a Sushi Chef or at an Asian restaurantGood knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniquesOwn transport with valid drivers licenseAbility to work both fast and accuratelyLeadership and management skillsAble to work in a teamBasic computer skills (word, excel, outlook)Exceptional customer-service Generico Recruitment
